To reduce our environmental impact, your item is created once you place your order. As such, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at customercare@artfulcrib.com!

Our network of print studios allows us to route your order to be created in the location nearest you. As a result, carbon emissions are significantly lowered during shipping.

Wrong or Damaged Items?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at customercare@artfulcrib.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Cancellations

Due to your item being created once you place an order, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes. However, we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been created. Orders that have already been created cannot be changed or canceled. Please reach out to our support team at customercare@artfulcrib.com
