Wrong or Damaged Items?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Due to your item being created once you place an order, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes. However, we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been created.
